What causes that shiver when going pee?

I don't know if girls get this, but Ive talking with a few guy friends on this subject. Does anyone know what causes that wierd shiver while urinating. Jim Carry made a comical refrence to it in dumb & dumber while peeing in soda bottles on a road trip to colorado.
