Did the Dems back off the "Defeat Bill" because someone finally threatened to prosecute them for their treason

A lot of sickos in congress should be disciplined. What the media wants you to NOT KNOW is the soldiers are making some progress over there. BUT THE DEMS DONT CARE. Bush,however, is not a good commander in chief when the soldiers have rules of engagment 1000 pages long. Also he should use some force too other than humans.
