Does anyone know if this laptop can take a wireless card and also what does f/line mean?

You can buy a pcmcia wireless card for it. That is pretty messed up that it has a built in webcam, but no wireless. As for the f/line, it looks like it is part of the model name. I don't believe it means anything really special.
