How is the Coast Guard for women?

I'm a graduating senior from college and I want to join the Coast Guard and try to get into the AST program. I am very physically fit (I'm on my college's crew team and swim team) and I want to know what it is like to be in the Coast Guard for women. I want to about how women are treated and just the general stuff you have to do in Basic.
