Is my dog sick if he has a noticeable amount of boogers in one nostril?

The best person is the vet to really check him out! Also it depends on the amount, the color of the discharge, any other symptoms he may have, if he has a fever, and many other things that truly a vet would check out if you take him there. Hope this helps you out.
