How to workout a relationship if its a no dating policy to get involved w/ a coworker.Only 2 choices wok or me?

I really like this guy at my job But its a no dating policy with other coworker. They only give you 2 choices ur job or that person... I know that as a secrete BUT i dnt like the fact that its a secrete. I have been in relationship and where I was kept a secrete. I felt bad to be kept from everyone like i was not gud enough or i was just being used HELP
