Hifonics bxi 1608 vs. Rockford Fosgate T1500-1BD for 2 jl 12w7 ?

what do u guys think would be better for my subs. ok here are the stats. the jl 12w7 is rated at 750 watts rms but they are 3ohm a pieace. which means 2 of them together would provide 1.5 ohm load. now i know the rockford amp, is one ohm stable at 1500watts. but the hifonics is 1600 at 1ohm. now i know i want get the perfect 1 ohm since they will 1.5 together. so what do u guys think which one would u run on them. i have jl 1000/1 on them now but a 1000 watts is not enough? as a matter of fact i am selling the amp with the b knob to.
