Good for my diet?
I have a soft spot for all things unhealthy and sweet like many women do. I'm trying to lose some weight and get into shape and cookies don't help. So the last week or so i've been buying frozen strawberries and thawing them out just til they are slushy feeling and then i puree them with a little bit of sweet and low and some sierra mist. Is this a good alternative for sugary things? Its seems like it is but sometimes the obviously healthy option isn't really much better than the other non-healthy. I have noticed i'm not craving sweets as much but i just want to see what everyone thinks...thanks!
